The Role

We’re hiring a contract Wholesale Sales Representative to stand up our B2B program from zero to first-dollar revenue. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll build the wholesale pipeline, land initial accounts, and create repeatable processes that position Patrick Adair Designs as the go-to premium men’s jewelry line for retail partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven success in B2B or wholesale sales (luxury, jewelry, fashion accessories, or premium CPG preferred).

  • Demonstrated track record of opening new retail doors and hitting revenue quotas from a cold start.

  • Fluent in English with exceptional written & verbal negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → close → reorder.

  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and Google Workspace.

  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and able to thrive in an early-stage, high-ownership environment.

  • Able to provide professional references who can verify quota attainment.
